Safety Policy for Kaw Roofing and Sheet Metal It is our Kaw Roofing and Sheet Metal policy that all work will be performed in a safe manner and in compliance with all federal and state Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations. Kaw Roofing's  goal is to provide the safest working environment in the Roofing industry, and we empower all managers and Roofing supervisors to do what it takes to make certain all Roofing Work activities under their control are performed in a safe manner.  The roofing jobsite must be maintained in an environment conducive to safe roofing operations. Kaw Roofing has a full-time Roofing safety director on staff who has total authority regarding all safety issues, on the job and in our office. He oversees the entire roofing and sheet metal safety program. The Kaw Roofing and Sheet Metal safety director reports directly to the Vice President of Operations. It is a condition of employment for all Kaw Roofing and Sheet Metal employees to follow all safety rules and directives. Further, they must use personal protective equipment described in the safety policy and immediately report and correct any unsafe working conditions or situations.
